We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how account deactivation will work in Sehatse.
What deactivation means
Deactivating your account will suspend your access to Sehatse. Your health records may be retained where required by law or your care provider's policies, but they will no longer be actively processed for product features.
How deactivation will work
In the full product, you'll be able to request deactivation from your account settings or by contacting support. We'll confirm the request, verify your identity, and then deactivate your account.
Exporting your data
Before deactivation, you'll be able to request an export of your records in a structured, commonly used format so that you can take them to another system if needed.
